I loved how this place felt so luxurious with a super comfortable bed and it was also pretty quiet given the bustling surroundings, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the stunning Chrysler Building just about a kilometer away and the vibrant restaurants, including DB Bistro Moderne just a few steps from the hotel.

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, in-room breakfast, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost wallet, and they are always friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back for a city break!

We hit the beach and rode the Cyclone at Luna Park. Perfect location, right by everything. Beds were comfy for all five of us, and the grab and go was nice for quick snacks.

However, our room had a strong musty smell as if it had been smoked in, which was disappointing and affected our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our time exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond, just like Darnell, who helped us with our tech issues, making our stay extra smooth.

My kids wished for more family activities on-site.

The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to Times Square, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the hotel's charm is fading, with some peeling wallpaper and an elevator that felt a bit outdated. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed.

The King Luxe Room offered a very good price for its central Manhattan location, with notable cleanliness and a pleasant breakfast featuring classic American dishes. However, the room showed signs of age, with outdated decor, stains, and a cockroach sighting during the stay. While the doorman was friendly and helpful, the communication with the front desk could be improved.

City Club is ideally located just a few blocks from Times Square and various dining options, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The front desk staff were exceptionally efficient in assisting with my requests, and the room was kept impeccably clean throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the fresh cookies left in the room daily, adding a nice personal touch.

The room was small but lovely. Bed was super comfy and clean. I appreciated that the windows even opened, which was a nice surprise! The location was perfect, so close to Times Square. I didn't try breakfast, but it looked busy. Overall, a nice stay!
